Bing is responsible for the strategic development and executive management of HS Consortium.

He has overarching responsibilities for investment opportunities, management of development projects and related investment funds. Bing’s 11 years of project development experience covers a multitude of property sectors, including residential, commercial, education and healthcare.

As co-founder of Community Development Group Pty Ltd (CDG), Bing has led a highly successful property development team that has initiated and brought to fruition over $3 billion of property projects in Australia, individually and collectively.

As a key member of the HS Capital team, Michael brings extensive expertise to his role as Director for Distribution. His primary responsibility is managing our investor base of high-net-worth individuals, family offices and wealth planners. He also plays a crucial role in raising the capital needed to achieve our business objectives.

Michael brings with him 25 years of development management experience in the Australian and international property industry, with a focus on residential and commercial property.

His career includes serving as the Development Director of listed property company Mirvac, during which time he delivered over 2,000 apartments, along with numerous large-scale commercial projects.

Michael also served as National Property Manager for Coles Myer Limited (CML) a role that included overseeing multiple property asset portfolios valued at over $250 million each.

Scott is Chairman of Charter Keck Cramer, a leading Australian independent, strategic property consulting firm.

He is frequently engaged as a senior negotiator in complex commercial and statutory issues related to the property market and for advice in relation to large portfolio valuations for major statutory and private corporations.

Additionally, Scott has served on a number of professional committees, and on several trusts, and corporate and superannuation advisory boards. A highly regarded and regular contributor to the national media and business magazines, Scott has published over 500 articles on topics related to the property market in the last 10 years.

As a member of the HS Capital Investment Committee, Scott plays a critical role in our independent advisory board. Scott assesses investment opportunities on behalf of our clients. With his extensive background in strategic property consulting, property valuation and Corporate Real Estate experience across national markets, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Adrian is the CEO of the Pacific Group of Companies and has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. His expertise in property risk is underpinned by his broad knowledge and experience in debt and equity across all sectors of property development, investment and construction transactions.

Adrian is a non-Executive member of a number of property-related advisory boards and investment committees.

At HS Capital, Adrian is a key member of the Investment Committee, and overseeing investment opportunities on behalf of clients. With a background in banking, Adrian brings valuable financial expertise, an extensive network of contacts and knowledge of investment strategies to HS Capital.

His experience and insight are invaluable in assessing potential investment opportunities, weighing the risk and returns, and advising on the best course of action.

Chris is responsible for deal origination, investment structuring, and ongoing portfolio management at HS Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in property finance and brings a high level of technical property and credit analysis expertise. Chris has transacted over $1.5b in property investment and development deals.

Chris’ career has weighted heavily in senior relationship management roles within ANZ Bank’s Property Finance division. Prior to joining HS Capital, Chris served for four years as a senior executive with an emerging property funds management business where he was responsible for new client acquisition and portfolio management.

Lucille is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background and extensive experience in the corporate sector. Having held key positions at CDG (Community Development Group) and Premium Australian Foods, she brings with her invaluable expertise in solving complex business challenges and delivering optimal solutions. Lucille’s long-standing service with the HS Consortium Group of companies has provided her with a strong understanding of the group’s operations and a key knowledge of all areas of our business.

In her role within Group Operations & Finance, Lucille’s expertise lies in finance and funds management. Her impressive track record in overseeing corporate, local council, state and federal government grant funding, advertising and sponsorship in major projects.

Previously, Lucille has held senior executive positions in various industries such as corporate advisory, property development and in media publishing with Fairfax, Rural Press and Murdoch Magazines and.

Steven has extensive finance industry experience with over 35 years in life insurance, asset management, custodial services, financial planning and superannuation. He has previously headed the compliance and risk management functions for several large multinational asset managers. He also had a key role in the eventual sale of Mellon Australia’s superannuation and administration consulting businesses in 2005.

Steven has held board positions at one of Australia’s leading asset management companies. Additionally, he chairs compliance committees for leading asset managers and continues to be a Responsible Manager for a number of asset management companies. He remains a director of an asset manager, accounting firm, multi-faceted AFS Licensee and a Health Promotion Charity. Since September 2007, Steven has been the Managing Director of SOCCAL Consulting Pty Ltd, providing compliance and risk management consulting services to asset managers, superannuation funds and other finance industry participants.

Anthony’s primary responsibility at HS Capital, is to assist the origination and assessment of potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to executive management. This involves debt structuring and the evaluation of risks, potential returns and other relevant factors.

Prior to joining HS Capital, Anthony has gained solid property finance experience having held similar roles with a Melbourne based non-bank lender as well as working with the National Australia Bank’s Business Banking division. Anthony has a passion for property and over the past few years attained a strong understanding of the Melbourne residential and commercial property market.
