Overview

Take a preferred equity position in prime property development.

Funds are opened to investors at an early stage of the development process and continue through to completion of the property and settlement.

As partial owner of the property development project, investors will have a share in the profits and losses of the project. Profits may come from rental income, property appreciation or the eventual sale of the property.
