If you become a borrower of the HS Consortium Mortgage Fund, then you will receive emails when a new borrowing opportunity is available as well as other relevant information regarding existing borrowings and potential borrowing opportunities.

We may also send you direct marketing communications and information about any other services offered by us that we expect may be of interest to you. These communications may be sent in various forms, including mail, fax and email. At any time you may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by contacting us (see contact details below).
