This is the Privacy Policy for HS Consortium Pty Ltd ACN 617 986 295 (HS Consortium, we, us or our).

HS Consortium is authorised to provide general advice on interests in managed investment schemes to wholesale clients only and has been appointed as the investment manager of the HS Consortium Mortgage Fund and the HS Consortium Development Fund (Funds).

As the investment manager of the Funds, HS Consortium is responsible for sourcing and originating loans for investment by members of the HS Consortium Mortgage Fund and sourcing property development opportunities for investment by members of the HS Consortium Development Fund.

HS Consortium may place a pixel on pages on our site or those of other companies that are presenting advertisements. If you become an investor in one of the Funds, then you will receive emails when a new investment opportunity is available, and updates about how much of the investment remains available, as well as other relevant information. If you become a borrower of the HS Consortium Mortgage Fund, then you will receive emails when a new borrowing opportunity is available as well as other relevant information regarding existing borrowings and potential borrowing opportunities.

We may also send you direct marketing communications and information about any other services offered by us that we expect may be of interest to you. These communications may be sent in various forms, including mail, fax and email. At any time you may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by contacting us (see contact details below).

Occasionally, we may send surveys, user feedback requests or various offers from us or our partners and affiliates. Response to such email is voluntary and if you do not wish to receive such email, you may opt out by clicking the appropriate button in an email you receive from us.
